Fiddling Lions

The Bunker Hill Fiddling Lions want your child to make music with them! For over 35 years, students kindergarten through fifth grade have learned to play violin at school with friends, using the pedagogy developed by Shinichi Suzuki and endorsed around the world.

Formal instruction will begin during the week of September 10th. Weekly lessons during the school day and homogeneous classes after school develop skills and prepare students for a variety of performances. In June, a week of violin day camp, Fiddlers’ Fair, exposes students to master teachers, an exciting theme, new music, theory and literacy, and a fabulous concert at the end of the week.
