Red Ribbon Week

The National Red Ribbon Week is Monday, October 21st – Friday, October 25th

This year’s theme is “Send a Message—Stay Drug Free!”

The Red Ribbon serves as a catalyst to mobilize communities to educate youth and encourage participation in drug prevention activities. Let’s all join together and raise awareness within our BHE community!

Here are the themes for each day:

Monday, October 21 – Love yourself. Be drug free! – Wear as much RED as possible and girls wear red ribbons in hair!

Tuesday, October 22 – SOCK it to drugs – Wear crazy/mismatched socks.

Wednesday, October 23 – I’m too BRIGHT for drugs – Wear neon or bright colors.

Thursday October 24 – Drugs can’t find ME! – Wear camouflage.

Friday October 25 – Hand in hand, Team up against drugs – Wear BHE spirit shirts or favorite team’s shirt (after International Day Parade).
