New Electronic Reimbursement Process!

We are excited to announce a new electronic process to request reimbursement or payment of a bill. For complete instructions, please click HERE and carefully read and follow the steps. When you are ready to fill out and submit your request, click HERE for the form! You can always find the form and instructions under PTA Forms on the BHE PTA website. Any questions regarding this process, please email Michelle Rigo at the BHE Treasurer’s address at bhetreasurer1@gmail.com. (Please ONLY use bhereimbursements@gmail.com  for submitting reimbursement requests and not general Treasurer questions. Thank you!)

 Highlights of the new process:

  • Please read the complete instructions before your first time submitting a request electronically.
  • Email your reimbursement or bill pay request to bhereimbursements@gmail.com.
  • Download or save the Reimbursement Request Form as a PDF from the PTA website using your computer (it will not save from a cell phone; do not fill it out directly from the website – it won’t save your info).
  • Email the completed form and a PDF or picture of your receipt to the new reimbursements email.
  • Paper envelopes and receipts are still okay (found in PTA workroom).
  • As always, Deposits should be turned into VP Long Range Planning, Cathy Schuetze (deposit box found in PTA workroom).
